If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the artwork in their original condition and packaging within 7 days. The buyer must assume the cost of the return postage.
Please inform us before returning any items.
Make sure to include contact information with the return and provide us with a tracking number. We will make a refund of eligible returns after receiving and checking the condition of the returned good.
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. We are NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Paintings on stretched canvas will be packed in a solid cardboard box or crate depending on the size of the work. Drawings and Fine Art Prints will be packed in heavy tubes or packed flat. We make sure all artwork is wrapped thoroughly and safe for shipping.
Postage is calculated prior to payment at the checkout and varies depending on the contents of your order and the destination of the delivery. A tracking number will be provided.
Import Duties / Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
When you purchase an artwork, you become the owner of the physical piece. The copyright remains with the artist. You may not rework or reproduce the image without written consent of Monica Piazzetta.
